Extremely luxurious hotel, possibly the nicest I've stayed at in all my years travelling the world. Rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Staff are numerous and very friendly. After I checked out I had several hours before I had to go to the airport so I went to the spa and had a 90min massage which was quite literally the best massage I've ever had in my life. I also liked that they have their own bar with live band. Love the entire experience.

We tried the Cafe, the Italian restaurant on a previous visit, and the CJs Club which was great fun and the food tasty. Worth mention that the hospitality is absolutely genuine and set the standards very high for any other five star hotel in Jakarta We enjoyed our stay a lot at this 5* by all means place.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing, everything was clean, and the staff was so friendly. The best part were the beds, I've never slept in such comfortable beds in my whole life! I came for a concert at the Indonesia Arena, so the location was perfect, I was able to walk back after the performance which was so convenient. I would love to stay again.

The hotel has 3 restaurants; I tried one with Japanese cuisine, and the quality, as well as the value for money, was excellent. The breakfast was abundant and very varied.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a wide variety of restaurants and cafes in the hotel, and it is close by to a couple of local malls as well as concert venues. The staff informed me of how busy the hotel would be, and arrangements were made for breakfast timing, to allow for a seamless experience.
